A father is a man who expects his children to be as good as he meant to be.-”Daddies don’t just love their children every now and then, it’s a love without end. -“What you teach your children, you also teach their children.”

Ever since I was a child, my dad and I love motorbikes, he always rides me. We get along when it comes to motorbikes since I am 7 and now I am 16 but all that has disappeared since my parents broke up and we lost my dad’s bonding .I remember it was so much fun when we saw a motorbike and then we looked at each other. I really dreamed of being a racer. My daddy talked about it. But he lost everything he met other women. He came with me and my mom left us very hard. I was 15 yrs old when he left us, but we were together, in case we were together for an hour, it was rare. All the passions, bonding names, lost, we couldn’t talk about motorbikes, he was always busy. it became fun and good saaken. Now I continue in my life I become kind. I obey my family even though it is difficult for me to study for the future and the dream that my father wants. I am happy because h The Lord does not let me be alone He gave me a woman who makes me feel that I am complete and willing to help me for my dreams. not like my dad. I am not angry with my dad I am happy because somehow I see him. I know it’s hard for me to go through but I know I can handle it I have a master by my side and I know he will not leave me alone so I will continue the race of my life. I will continue the course of my life and I will win it one day.

Healthy Weeknight Meals

Cooking can sometimes feel like a chore at the end of a busy day. It’s often tempting to throw a ready meal in the oven or call for take out. But preparing a simple and healthy family meal doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming. Here are some quick wholesome dishes that you and your family will love. They can even be prepared in advance.

Breakfast at my House

During the week we’re often walking out the door with a coffee in one hand and slice of toast in the other, but on weekends breakfast is never rushed. It’s a late affair, sometimes spilling over to lunch, with lots of reading and chatter in between courses of fruits, poached eggs, honey and toast. One of our favorite things we like to serve when friends are visiting are buckwheat blueberry pancakes.
